Effective: April 15, 2026 · Last updated: April 15, 2026

FloridAI Agency is a brand operated by Blue Swan Ventures, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“FloridAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through floridai.agency (the “Site”) and our related services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

If you have questions about this policy, email us at hello@floridai.agency.

1. Who we are

FloridAI Agency is a premium agentic AI consultancy serving businesses across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. We build and implement AI systems for operationally complex businesses. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through our website, contact forms, newsletter, scheduling tools, and sales conversations — not to client data we process under separate engagement agreements, which is governed by the applicable service contract or data processing agreement.

2. What we collect

We only collect information you give us directly or that is strictly necessary to operate the Site.

Information you provide through the contact form: name, email address, company name, phone number (optional), industry, and a free-text description of what you’re trying to solve.

Information you provide when subscribing to our newsletter: email address and the page you subscribed from (e.g., /resources, /blog, /case-studies).

Information you provide when booking a call through our scheduling tool: name, email address, timezone, and any details you enter when confirming a meeting. Scheduling is handled through Cal.com; their privacy practices are described at cal.com/privacy.

Anonymous analytics: We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. It records aggregate metrics — page views, referrers, approximate country, device type, browser — without identifying individual visitors. More at plausible.io/data-policy.

Information collected automatically by our infrastructure providers: When you visit the Site, our hosting provider (Vercel) and our network provider (Cloudflare) process standard request metadata — IP address, user agent, referring URL — for security, performance, and abuse prevention. This is typical for any website and is retained only as long as necessary for those purposes.

Information from embedded third-party content: The contact page includes a Google Maps embed. When you load that page, Google may set cookies and collect data according to its own privacy policy.

We do not use cross-site advertising cookies, we do not sell personal information, and we do not participate in behavioral advertising networks.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide for the purpose you provided it:

  • Contact form submissions are sent to our inbox so we can respond to your inquiry.
  • Newsletter subscriptions are added to our Loops.so audience so we can send you the newsletter you signed up for.
  • Meeting bookings are used to schedule and confirm the meeting.
  • Analytics are used to understand how the Site is performing and how to improve it.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the Site and our business. Each of these providers processes information under their own security and privacy commitments:

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other valid legal process, or if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

5. How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions as long as we maintain an active relationship with you or as required for legitimate business purposes (recordkeeping, tax, and legal obligations). You can ask us to delete earlier inquiries at any time.

Newsletter subscribers remain on our list until they unsubscribe. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.

California residents: You have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to know what personal information we hold, to request deletion, and to opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

European residents: If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR to access, correct, port, or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@floridai.agency. We may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information: encrypted transport (HTTPS), restricted access to systems that hold personal data, and the use of reputable third-party providers with their own security programs. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email hello@floridai.agency and we will delete it.

By using the Site, you consent to that transfer. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected regardless of where it is processed.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or via email to active contacts. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
