FloridAI Agency is a Fort Lauderdale-based AI consultancy serving Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Founded by Pablo Davidov (PhD, University of California, Los Angeles; MBA, University of Miami; 12+ years senior management consulting across business processes, go-to-market, and digital operations). Co-led by Diana Moran, Director of Healthcare Strategy (18 years South Florida healthcare; COTA — Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant). We design, build, and operate production AI systems, including LawMem.ai, a live Memory-as-a-Service platform for legal AI agents.
